Description
The nations Capitol drew quiet in peaceful interlude and rested in reflection.
I am grateful to those who reflected carefully there in the past for the good of the country's future. Today is harder, so greater gratitude for the extra efforts.

What a fantastic capture, Joe! Wonderful composition of the capitol so beautifully and naturally framed by trees! Congratulations on your SPECIAL ARTIST feature in Winter Wonderland group! L/F/T/G+/P
Joe Connors replied:
Wow, thanks from a great artist like you. Anyone I meet in Ontario, I alway have to tell that when I went camping in Algonquin State Park many years ago, I escaped three bears crashing through my tent at midnight, jumping into a canoe at lakeshore edge and rowed back miles to the parking lot - now, there's a painting!! Cheers, Joe

Hello Nikolyn, Thank you for your thoughts. This is rare in DC; and I got lucky to drive in & see it that day.

Joe Connors replied:
Thanks Karen. It was a rare event in this area; and I got lucky; it has been used as a card by companies, but I like your idea better.... The best, Joe
